Before I ordered, I was informed that there would be a delay because it wasn't in stock. I wasn't on a rush, so that was fine. They kept me informed on estimations of dispatch and when it should arrive. Everything was as they said.

Kitchenwareonline did a great job in quick time for a fair price. The problem is with Panasonic's poor design thus needing a new nut dispenser when a very small plastic part breaks. It should be made of metal (I know I'm not the first to say this!)

A very good product. Easy to use and not expensive. My advice is to use it very sparingly for both coats and let the first coat dry thoroughly before the second, as is suggested. My microwave oven looks like new now.
