Resceived after quite a few days, but cracked on the corner , have been away till now so have to do something about it, a lot of money for waveguide cover for the sharp R269 broken piece.

Although item delayed for 2 months company let me know and offered refund and kept me updated as to when panasonic would deliver to them and when this happenned the items came the next day.

Thank you for your order and kind comments. We have tried to source them elsewhere but have been unable to find anything other than the Panasonic genuine originals that will withstand the rigorous conditions inside a combination microwave .

These were three little rubber feet, took too long to arrive and the price is far too expensive for what they are.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The feet were shown as out of stock at the time of ordering. Unfortunately these are only available from Panasonic and despite us chasing they keep putting back the delivery date, beyond our control. We did offer you a refund at any time however we couldn't source them anywhere else so you were unlikely to. We did send several emails along the way as well assuring you of our efforts to get them sooner. The price also is dictated by Panasonic. I guess the fact that they are pliable, insulated and yet heat proof to withstand combination microwave means that they are slightly more than little rubber feet. Thank you for your purchase.

Kitchenwareonline had issues with their supplier, hence I was sent alternative (after mutual agreement) somewhat later than expected.
Alternative was of equal quality, so am happy with that and I appreciate that there wasn't a lot he could do if his supplier let him down.
However I felt that Kitchenwareonline should have kept me informed rather than me chasing.
Would be happy to buy from them again though.

This paint product has done the job well, It's fine for small patches that need painting, and the sand paper is robust that they include with the 2 brushes. I never realised how many microwaves actually rust and or paint flakes off inside,!! over a period of time, with use.

Thank you for your purchase. The paint inside does tend to be a little thin for the job. The conditions inside a microwave are far from ideal in that quite often condensation collects under the roller ring which then get worn by the action of the roller ring. Some ovens seem to be more prone to condensation so it may be worth wiping the cavity around after use.
