Cannot really rate customer service as I did not need it. Purchased genuine Panasonic vacuum cleaner parts at a good price, no P&P charges. arrived promptly.
Being thrifty I searched online for the best price which I found here. This company website does not come up easily on a google search which is a shame as the company was good to deal with.
