Original bulb had one elongated hole to aid fixing, replacement had 2 round holes so had to enlarge one carefully with drill to enable fixing.

I have nothing bad to say. I ordered on-line easily. user friendly website. rec'd product few days later, well wrapped and as seen. I didn't have a requirement to use customer service but if I only gave 1 star then the overall rating went down which didn't seem right to me. however, I was reluctant to give 5 stars as the service wasn't tested so it would be a false positive.
Would also like to have purchased the measuring cup :( but out of stock.

Absolutely brilliant. Bought a panasonic microwave, new mode, 2 months later glass turntable cracked. Struggled to find a replacement glass turntable and found Kitchenware. Order arrived quicker than I expected.

Used to paint bare rust patches underneath the turntable.

Does the job great, paint is good quality and doesn't need to be applied generously. Couple of coats seems to be all that's required.

Better than the cost of a new machine!
