Took 12 days to receive a small order. Emailed customer service twice and didn’t receive a reply. Won’t be using this site again.

There was a delay on postage but that might just be our current problem BUT the product solved my problem. Microwave is now back to working!

Item due a week ago but has not arrived. I raised a complaint via ebay, and asked for a refund, three days ago, but no reply yet. Not good.

Really helpful people who got the right part quickly and without hassle.This was bought during the virus lockdown and the post office was a bit slower than in normal times.

This part was necessary to have my home Microwave up and running again. I bought it on the 7th of April, and as the 24th of April I still haven't received it. If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone for much cheaper supplier.

Item hasnt arrived and no response from seller.

I haven't received yet the the ordered item. The delivery was quick from your part but that's all I can say.I hope I will get the spare part soon. That is why only one star on merchandise.

Replacement of the original metal plate for my combination microwave.

Original bulb had one elongated hole to aid fixing, replacement had 2 round holes so had to enlarge one carefully with drill to enable fixing.

I have nothing bad to say. I ordered on-line easily. user friendly website. rec'd product few days later, well wrapped and as seen. I didn't have a requirement to use customer service but if I only gave 1 star then the overall rating went down which didn't seem right to me. however, I was reluctant to give 5 stars as the service wasn't tested so it would be a false positive.
Would also like to have purchased the measuring cup :( but out of stock.

The quality of the service is highly recommended.
