Thanks for the feedback. We didnt want the mica sheet to get damaged. We have some recycled boxes of varying sizes but only 2 sizes of new box. Both boxes and loosefill are recyclable and/or biodegradeable according to the manufacturer so shouldnt cause excessive waste.

This was a genuine Panasonic item. Despite being Japanese, Panasonic, as do most of the world have parts made in China. Very few Panasonic parts are 'badged ' panasonic. Rest asured that as Panasonic service agents if our listings state that it is a genuine part then it is, irrespective of where the manufacturer has it made.

Good quality bulbs used kitchenware as the bulbs were quite hard to find and they had them in stock they were for an old microwave
2stars for shipping as it took quite a while to arrive probably due to the Corona virus postal backlog
