Mixed views on the breadpan for the 17in1 eonbon breadmaker. Substitute replacement part rather than the original the bread machine came with (which I knew and is fine). On receipt felt that the ceramic coating is of especially good quality and better than the original breadpan which had chipped coating disappointingly quickly. However the metal part on the bottom of the pan does not slot properly into the bread maker, so it just but only just works, and I seriously considered sending it back.

Thank you for the feedback. The parts we sell are sold and supplied by Gastroback - suitable for their bread machines. We found some time back that there were several bread machines on the market that had no spare parts available but that those parts were the same as the Gastroback and those brands probably based on the Gastroback design, even maybe buying in parts from them in Germany. Several customers have used them successfully in their Eonbon, Andrew James and Homcom machines. Its unlucky that it isn't a perfect fit but I guess is a suitable compromise, the only alternative being to replace the whole machine. We are still unable to source parts for these other brands only Gastroback.

It is the product you ordered. You ordered the wrong product. The description quite clearly says that this blade is NOT suitable for Andrew James breadmakers that are the 2 bladed machines. We know it wont fit. That's why the description clearly states that. We did reply to your email stating that and the return procedure. You need to return the incorrectly ordered parts back to us at the invoice address for a refund. I don't see how the parcel arrived late. You didn't order a tracked service that would have been time sensitive or tracked in any way. That too was your choice at checkout.

I found this Company on the Web and they were the cheapest site supplying a genuine Panasonic part for our Breadmaker.
They sent an email saying the part was temporarily out of stock but in the end it turned up within a week of ordering it.
Brilliant service, will use them again.
Much better than one of their main competitors!

Item, despite being the right part for the correct model breadmaker did not fit. Encouraging emails from MD however did not resolve problem. I can return but at my cost ... what do you do?

Needed a replacement microwave for my welfare van. Previous model was k/w so I looked for similar replacement.
Reduced output to suit installed inverter which was brill.
downside was prev microwave had holding down bolts and replacement didn’t. I did not want to void warranty or take apart the device so had to modify van to accommodate appliance. Would have been handy to get k/w to add securing device of sorts when making power modifications but did not know I required this at point of orderin.
