When I placed the order the item was listed as being in stock. However when the conformation came through it stated awaiting new stock and a delay which amounted to a week.

This is my second microwave from Kitchenware online. I use the with power banks and the low wattage keep the power longer before needing a recharge. Cooking does take slightly longer but we're only talking about a couple more minutes. No hardship there. The toaster makes a difference in the van too. Especially if you've just stopped for a quick lunch. Top marks for both from me.

One of the few places where I could find a replacement belt for my Panasonic Breadmaker - and the only one I found that gave me confidence I was going to get exactly what I needed by listing the specific maker numbers.

The Sharp Microwave Glass Tray was a very good price for a genuine item. It arrived extremely well packaged, there was no way it would get broken during transport unless an extremely heavy weight hit it!

Still awaiting proof of delivery from post office /royal mail.
I paid for signed delivery , item was pushed through letterbox .
Have asked for photograph of delivery ,description of recipient, etc got nothing.
How do i get recompense ?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately you are unlikely to get any response from Royal Mail as they delivered your order. It was small enough that they could put it through the letter box so they did that rather than trying to redeliver at a time that they could get a signature. It may be worth visiting your local delivery office and complaining in person there about their abysmal service. When we or any of our customers complain we direct them to Ofcom where there is a proper complaints service to complain about Royal Mail.
