Great products, great price,, service good, but, delivery times, up to two weeks! Far too long in this online shopping age. 3-4 days should be an absolute maximum.

Overall a very convenient and personable service. the only slight down side is that they only deliver in our area once a week, so if we miss the order window, we're a bit "stuffed". other than that it was great to findd them!

My dogs love these. The delivery was prompt but only 2 out of 4 packets of venistix were delivered, with a note to say 2 were to follow and no information as to when they might be delivered.
Came packed in polystyrene which is a nuisance to dispose of.

Cat food was delivered very promptly in a cool box but without ice blocks.
Two most expensive tubs of Premium Quail & Rabbit were not frozen properly, were stale and looked oxidised on top. The cat got sick after eating it. Other items were OK.

I'm not satisfied with delivery frozen food that is stale and properly refrigerated.

Pretty good - would like to see free shipping when you are paying 50 plus on food
Merchandise is good but feels expensive
Vat is not fun to see and wouldn't show non business customers

Mobile purchase is a complete nightmare and I'm sure is scaring off people who just don't complete the form - payment mechanism
Especially bad on mobile

Otherwise good.
