Unfortunately Mobile pet foods failed to deliver my order on the day they confirmed they would. I did receive it 2 days later (on their next round) which was not ideal as I was out all day and I knew my delivery would sit in the sun for hours. This has made me consider whether to use this service again especially as there has been no follow up after their error.

The products as usual are excellent.

Hi - the cats love the food so that's brilliant. Bruce emailed me to say I would receive the shipment in the morning - and I responded saying that was fine but that my husband would leave for work at 11.00. I received no response. Then I received a message (email or text I cant remember) saying it would be delivered in the afternoon. In fact the goods were left on our doorstep in a see through bag. Luckily for me it was still there when I got home from work at 7.00 pm. This isn't acceptable.
