NandJinkjet are usually excellent, but this time they sent me the wrong set of inks for my printer. will be e-mailing them soon to rectify as can't reach them by phone.

We can´t review this commodity as it has reached us.

For the last 1-2 years have we experience that several cartriges does not work at all

It takes to long to get the shipment to Oslo , and last time it took nearly 1 month.
This is way to long time, and I do hope that this could be taken down to 1 week.
I order merchandise from all over the globe , and England is " the bad guy " ..

The Ink was just as stated and arrived in good time as said,however Inkjet keep sending me promotional emails which I tried to take advantage of.I told Inkjet that I had made a mistake by not sending the code they had sent me even though I had ordered a extra set to Qualify for a free set of Ink.They offered me the free Ink but only if I placed yet another,i've ordered Ink from them before and think it would have been good customer service to send me the Ink without strings.

I was happy with the quick delivery of the items,However I was disappointed not to receive 2 black cartridges, the last time I ordered I received an extra one free. I will still continue to order from you the next time I run low. Kind Regards.

Happy with delivery but not happy with the paper it gets jamed a lot in my printer it is a epson xp 850 a good printer can noyt uderstand i have tryed lots of papers never had a problem service and delivery no problem but yiu can see y i am not happy the paper is no good to me thank you

Derivery time excelent quality of products very good as expected from previous experience. Only issue wrong colours sent in choice of colours pack, question sent Re sorting it out not answered aftr 4 days?

The colours were added 1 at a time.the yellow was used last, the print after that was terrible! could not use it at all . complete waste of quality printing paper.

I have purchased two cyan and two magenta cartridges. The blue ones do not fit the printer . The magenta ones fit but I have not yet tried them to see if they work as the original ones are not empty yet.I have sent pics of both cartridges as there is something not quite right with the blue ones . i am still awaiting an outcome to my comnplaint.

I ordered compatible ink cartridges.regrettably they did not work. My Epsom 205 machine refused to recognise them. So a wasted order..however, I cannot fault the company with their prompt delivery and service. The price was extremely reasonable,but the product not.

Can't review quality of merchandise because these cartridges are for a new printer. I have however been using N&J ink cartridges for some years and have always found them to be perfectly satisfactory.
They appear to be of good quality.

I have been having problems selecting my shipping address when I have gone to pay on sagepay. It automatically assumes the billing address is the same as the shipping address, and I have been unable to change it. This is the second time this has happened.

The shipping was very quick, but I had to pay postage twice!

No probs at all with the merchandise!

I had to make a second purchase as my first was incorrect, this was my genuine mistake but should and could have been dealt with better. Very bad customer service !
