The items arrived in as described quality and packaged with suffiient pack material to protect it from harm. Anytime we have had a question the customer service has been top notch and able to take care of our concerns.

I ordered these after finding out we need grounds added to our over head cranes. I have yet to receive these items ,but am told they have shipped. I wasnt sure the order went through originally because i never received a confirmation of the order.
