PE changed the design or cut of sweet itch rug. Mine came up small :( Horse had it in for 1/2 hour so small marks at mane. PE refused to let me return, if I hadn't phoned first and just sent it back they would have had it. Was advised sell it privately then reorder!
No thanks PE, disappointed and won't be back 😢

My breeches are very big. I measured using your size chart but there must have been some type of misunderstanding. I emailed you guys and you seemed helpful I just don’t have a great idea yet! Breeches are gorgeous just so big they are unwearable.

Lovely quality and quickly shipped but very big. Ordered 2 x medium for 2 big ponies and a large for 16hh warmblood. The medium fits the horse. Had to sell the large locally as massive, not worth cost of shopping to return.

Superb delivery ordered Thursday afternoon paid for Saturday delivery and received them on Friday lunchtime. Masks looked great and fitted like a glove, until my mare who in three years hasn’t damaged a thing came in wearing a mask in two pieces. So it lasted 6 days. She was in a post and rail paddock so no hedges or trees to catch it on but it is now wrecked and unusable.
I contacted Premier Equine by email 4 days ago but have had no response. So service clearly not great. Disappointed & cros.

Delivery is expensive for a little parcel, one mask lasted only a couple of hours despite individual turnout, the others have been fine so far.

Rug is nicely constructed. Belly straps potentially too short for warmbloods. 6'6" Fitted my 17hh TB perfectly but belly straps far too short for 16.3hh warm blood.

Love my premier equine items but not too pleased with the delivery, stayed at home all day waiting in my allocated time slot, for them to message saying sorry we missed you.I was waiting at home all day to make sure I was there, then changed the details so I could collect my parcel,said it had arrived and I went at 11:30am & 6:30pm to check if it had arrived and nothing, finally came the day after, 3 days after I was meant to have them delivered to my door. Nothing against premier equine items.

Rug was too big for my horse even though I don’t have issues in the same size with other brands. Contacted PE for an Exchange (to a smaller size) but it would have meant I had to pay the return postage costs which I think is pretty unfair. They wouldn’t help me out with this as it’s their ‘policy’.

The turnout boots are fab, unfortunately I think the communication between myself and the call operator wasn't very good, I said a waterproof jacket and ended up with a shower proof, at £70.00 that's an expensive issue.

I like the boots but I can’t get them off. They are stuck so tightly they are very very hard to remove! I purchased 2 pairs but would like to send one pair back. My hands are not strong enough to get them off.

Most 'unuser friendly'. The rug is very heavy, the liner attachments are so fiddly. the design team have obviously never tried attaching liner to rug in the dark with freezing fingers! The quality of rug is good and it is waterproof but I only have a 50g rug and that is bad enough when wet I dread to think what a thicker rug is like. The Velcro straps to attach liner are so fiddly and difficult to do up, the neck attachment is also very difficult to attach. Please improve attachements!

Overall I’m a big fan of all PE products. The issues I have are that the delivery charges are very high. The clothing etc come up small and you don’t cater for anyone above a size 16.

Very pleased with shipping and merchandise, dissapointed with the customer service, very shortly after receiving not only these boots but another pair and a coat all three items were heavily reduced! I did phone to see if they would refund the difference but was old i would need to return the ones I had and reorder at the discounted price, a waste of the earth resources!
