The Jacket recommended by Horse and Hound is a fine item, but size ran a little small. I unpackaged it, and tried it on as soon as it arrived. I then put it right back in the plastic bag is shipped in. I have sent numerous emails to three people, with some response. None good enough to arrange shipping back. I will have to pay shipping back and forth will pay more in shipping than a similar one would cost. But the issue is I still have the item, and no clear instructions on how to return.

The shipment arrived quickly.
However, for the amount that shipping costs, I was not impressed with what my package looked like when it showed up. I do not think that it is appropriate to ship multiple items in a bag when it is being shipping international. Customs tore my package apart and proceeded to cut one of the blanket bags open. This could easily be addressed by shipping items in boxes rather then bags.

I would like a lower threshold for free shipping, also v uncompetitive. Had to chase as despatch slow, but merchandise 5*.

Ordered on line, products arrived sooner than expected so had to change delivery to a pick up point. Checked opening times of the shop. Took 3 visits to actually catch the shop open. A real pain.

This rug is a totally different fit to all my other premier equine rugs. It swaps my horse at the back and is blown up by wind even with leg straps and is too tight over the shoulders. The neck cover opens up fully letting rain in everytime my horse puts his head down when grazing. I contacted customer service and the reply was yes they have a different fit and there was no more they would do to help me so I am left with an expensive rug I can't use. Very disappointed as a loyal customer.

Shipping took absolutely ages which was explained to me, customer service was really really lovely. But sadly the merchandise was really really disappointing. The only reason why I won't be returning the Ophelia breeches is that I took the label off – really terrible breeches. :(.

Absolutely love the rug works well but shocking delivery as lost item and horrific customer service to try and “solve” the situation. Left for over 2 weeks with out rug. Customer service could not care less. Such a shame as love products but will not be ordering from them again due to this experience.

This rug split at the neck after two days usage and this is the second fleece cooler that has done this, so not very impressed with this at all. It was a waste of money.

Great product, but terrible shipping. Why state an item as being shipped when all it means is a label has been printed and your item spends another 6 days sitting in a warehouse while you are expecting it to arrive any day??

I paid £4.95 for a very small package I do not see this as good value for money. They did credit my account with the postage cost but this is only useful when I have to buy something else and yet again pay extortionate postage. Customer service is nothing above average, they don't speak to each other and had 2 people dealing with queries whereas it would have made more sense for 1 person to deal with me. The only thing that keeps me shopping is the quality of the products.

Super fast delivery. Unfortunately the rug has all ripped already, last one I had from PE lasted 3 years on same horse. I think although the rug is well finished there is a design flaw between the green taping and the silver material, all other parts are double taped Sean’s but this is just single and that’s where it’s ripped. Not what I was expecting from PE but maybe just this rug.

Ordered this item for a specific date - at the max 5 day delivery time for £4.95 it would have reached me on time. The item did not turn up on the date specified. I was left to chase by calling Premier Equine - it turned up after the date I wanted them for.
staff was helpful but felt I should have been offered a refund of the delivery cost as they failed to meet the 3 - 5 day.
I have bought many items from PE and am satisified with the service/products - it's a shame it went so wrong this tim.

As I have said many times now, I didn’t receive my order on time after paying for next day delivery.
Courier didn’t ring my doorbell as I was in all day waiting for it.
Subsequently had to buy boots elsewhere and then pay for a return back to you which is infuriating.
Rig quality alright but size comes up very big indeed.
Won’t be using again unfortunately as customer service received was very poor.

Dear Jessica, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service on this occasion. As with any queries we always do our best to investigate and resolve any problems as soon as possible. On this occasion your query was raised with Parcel Force immediately, they responded to us straight away confirming the driver’s location at the time of the delivery. The delivery was attempted at 8.21am and the drivers GPS location showed him directly outside your property at the time of the delivery, as the parcel requires a signature the driver was unable to deliver the parcel as no one was available to sign for it. Unfortunately as the delivery was attempted no compensation is available.

If there had been any issue with the delivery then this would have been addressed and compensation would have been available to you. We do take all delivery issues seriously and try to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Normally I give PE 5 stars as everything is great. Not so this time. My boots didn’t arrive so after 5 days I rang, got s surly uninterested girl on the phone who said no they haven’t been dispatched. No apology, no explanation. After a discussion, she said she’d get them dispatched and they arrived on next day delivery. Funny that.
Come on PE. You can do much much better than this.

Boots were left in the rubbish bin outside my house! Luckily they were found. Boots are a large and don't fit, I only own a 14.1 section D! Love all the stuff from premier, these boots have been a let down though :-(.
