Today I received the order, The package Is demanged and one item is missing: the Gel riding tights (4065-24) are missing. The deliver was made one week later after my order date. I whant my Tights or monney back.

DPD is the worst delivery company that we ever have trying to deliver to us. we are rural but it would help if the drivers could use common sense and call us or ask at the village post office. Boots took weeks to arrive and then didn't fit so had to be returned. Postage to return was 8.95 so it was quite an expensive exercise.

Bought this Super Lite fly rug in August after buying the Stay Dry Super Lite fly rug in April which fitted well if on the generous side. This bought only 4 months later and the same size 6'3" was more like a 5'9". It fastened extremely tightly round the chest but nowhere near fastened the belly flap, I know it's summer but my girl isn't that fat! Paid £4.95 delivery then £6.95 to return with a request that they compare the sizes but they refused to acknowledge it was way too small.

Appauled at the service I received!! Numerous emails will be on your file. For the sale of not refunding me my collection fee that i paid when i wanted an exchange I will never be order from you again and neither will my friends. I am on a very large livery yard so i have warned them to steee welll clear of ever ordering from you. Very disappointed!!!

Wasted two lots of postage costs on what’s clearly a design fault. I rated customer service three stars as they have charged me for return postage £6.95 but did offer to try and get that refunded. If they don’t at least refund postage I won’t purchase any other products.

The rug was too small, even though measured my horse. It took about 10 days to deliver. (which I paid for). I wanted larger size which I ordered and paid again. Paid postage again, but they would not take the smaller rug back with carrier, so I need to repay even more to return that.
New rug only just does is done up around the stomach, back leg straps much too long. Rug after 10 days has rubbed his shoulders.

No happy with service or the rug.

I requested in two places on your on line form to have the parcel left in the porch, but this was ignored and it was returned to Leicester as nobody was In. Parcel force did not leave a card so it was time intensive to get it redelivered. This has put me off ordering from Premier Equine although I really like the products.

Not great, the riding leggings I ordered in a size 12 were so tight that even my friend that's a size 10 struggled to get them on, then they wanted to charge me £6.50 to return them !! don't think so, I sold them on to someone tiny !!

Placed order for daughters birthday with a further items pending coming into stock.Deluxe grooming kit doesn't have a code so had to search using tool bar. Unfortunately a horse cooler rug came up in the same search which I accidentally bought!Rang to explain the search engine wasn't working correctly as not related items.but was told I had to pay £7 return fee plus a further delivery charge.customer service wasn't the best,was told it was marked clearly not my point they're not related items.

I ordered a 6'3'' 100g combo liner for my 6'3'' lucanta stable rug, which was too tight around the shoulder area, so ordered a 6'6'' - fitted lovely., great over night - left to come back in the afternoon to find her stable rug on the floor, the liner ripped across the bottom with her leg through it??...can only think that the rug has slipped and she has panicked?Fortunately no injuries, I spoke to customer service who seemed very disinterested with 'well want do you want me to do about that?

I haven’t got it yet - instead of leaving it in the garage like you always do the delivery man took it straight to the post office and as I have been away I have been unable to get there during work hours as I work in hereford and he kindly took it to a different post office.

So have to say I’m not impressed.

I received the wrong size rug but by the time I realised, it was too late to return the goods. I ordered a 6ft3 rug. The packaging indicated the rug was 6ft3. I put it on my horse who was turn out in a muddy field but it drowned him. I checked the label in the rug itself which said 6ft9!! The rug already had mud on it as I had put it on in the field as it said 6ft3 on the packaging from premier equine as well as on my order summary.

I was most unsatisfied with all the services that i have had with premier equine. my first rug ordered was a trio titan and i was sent a buster trio then the rug wasn't water proofed. i was told that premier equine was really sorry and that i could sent the rug back and get a new rug sent on the of my choice my collection was a day late and my new rug was 4 days late so i took time from work unpaid. Being quite a new client and with every order i have had there had been a hick up.

Bit disappointing this time. I ordered the fly rug got a confirmation email and a despatch email. Got a phone call 4 days later to say it was out of stock. I was relying on the order coming so was disappointed.

I had read previous reviews but stupidly didn't think they would apply to my mare, who is Anglo Arab and not particularly large in any way - but the belly flap on this rug was a good 18 inches away from being able to meet and do up. I had to send it back which cost me £6.75. So disappointed - other PE rugs I have purchased have been fine. I think PE should put an advisory on their website and give the dimensions - this is a design fault and I was cross I had to pay so much for the return.

Will not be shopping with you again. Ordered some boots which were in the sale. Said they were in stock. They took my money thinking the boots would be arriving! 1st email
said they were ready and dispatched. Next email said unfortunately
we do not have these boots.They were fine about refunding even though it took 5 days and my transaction was instant. When I spoke to them they said there was a problem with the website showing
wrong info!
Sort the website out you are a business not good!
