Very high postage.

We are working to reduce the cost of our postage. Couriers can be a nightmare - if we go for the lower/budget companies we get huge problems. Theft of parcels, late deliveries etc..
We don't make any profit on postage and we are trying to negotiate a couple of new contracts at the moment so hopefully wont be for long.

Good service however I emailed about changing the jacket from size 170/96 to 160/96 and the jacket arrived and is the wrong size it has arrived as a 160/88 which is to small.

Ordered and paid for but was not in stock and would not be in stock for at least 1 month...so asked for a refund. Refund was very prompt. Good customer service.

Hi,
We are really sorry to hear that something went wrong with the delivery service. We use DPD InterLink who are usually very good - I have been on to them and have so far been shown two pictures taken by the delivery driver, purporting to show delivery.
I will be in contact to see how this is progressing and to try and help in locating the parcel.
