This issue was caused by an issue with the courier. I have made a formal complaint and will be refunding your postage.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience - unfortunately with couriers it seems to be a game of trying to pick the best one from a bad bunch. le 6/8/2019 à 16h21

I still haven't recived received my purchase from your company so can't put a proper review on I have been waiting over a week now for my jacket and hope to hear from you ref this.

Item was ordered on 5th - dispatched on 6th and delivered to BFPO HQ Ruislip on 7th.
BFPO clearly states to allow an extra 2 weeks sailing time for parcels sent to Cyprus - apologies but out of our hands! Please take this matter up with your local BFPO - or I can attach details of BFPO HQ if you would like to address them directly?

Delivery is too expensive comparing to every other company.
Need to sort out the delivery,.

Postage is fixed to keep things as fair as possible. We do not make any profit on postage costs.
We need to send items via some form of recorded delivery with insurance, as otherwise some people claim to have never received the goods.
We are also not anywhere near as large as companies such as amazon, who can negotiate prices with courier firms due to quantity of shipping.
the only other option we would have, is to do as other companies do and increase the profit margins on goods to cover our postage costs - however we refuse to do this as it is unfair to the people visiting our physical shop.
Hope this clarify's our position.

Sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience.
The items were sold out by our usual supplier and we therefore had to find a new source for the item.
We are working on a new software solution that will manage the stock levels both in the physical shop and on the Internet site to prevent this from happening again.
Again I can only apologise for the inconvenience.
