Really quite disappointed in this umbrella. It's very flimsy and doesn't hold up to the slightest hint of wind. Will try to return.

Decent umbrella, but what was sent was not what I ordered. This is a different and disappointing Raining Cats and Dogs pattern/design. I should have been told by Customer Service that I would not receive what was pictured on their site; I would have cancelled my order. Very disappointed.

I bought the umbrella under the impression that it was made in Italy, on opening it it stated on the handle: handle made in italy. Not exactly the same.

We regret you were not fully satisfied with your purchase. We are very clear in our description of our Duck umbrellas that it is the handle that is made in Italy. These umbrellas also represent excellent value for money & Rainbow’s quality control is superb. We were also confused as to why we were given 1 star for Shipping. I checked the tracking we see you received it the day after it was ordered. If you had troubles with delivery please let us know so we can avoid any similar issues in future.

Received a text message advising that items would be delivered one day late, which was perfectly acceptable. However, on arrival (on a completely dry day) the parcel was soaking wet at one end. I emailed to advise of this. Whilst I appreciate the items are brollies, I did not expect them to be wet BEFORE delivery! To date have heard NOTHING from Brolliesgalore.

Had to dry them out and they appear undamaged, but some acknowledgement would have been nice. So much for customer service!!

Absolute garbage, one of the arms broke within 10 minutes, it then blew inside out and completely came off the frame. Bought it for a festival so spent the entire weekend getting wet.
