I paid £12 for “Express Delivery” which according to the website should have take 2 to 3 days. I placed the order on a Sunday evening. It arrived 7 days later. Not happy. The item I bought only cost £17 so the postage was almost as much.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery service. We do quote 2-3 working days after dispatch for Express Delivery to Northern Ireland, which is displayed during checkout and on the order confirmation. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas Holidays, this inevitably removes some 'working days' from the week. Your order was immediately dispatched by us on Monday 23rd, but due to the Christmas Holidays, there were only 2 working days remaining in that week (i.e. December 24th & 27th) for the parcel to make its way through the network to you. According to the tracking Parcelforce did however attempt delivery to the address provided on the 3rd working day Monday 30th, but no one was available to receive it. Nonetheless, we can see that it was collected from the depot on Tuesday 31st.

Terrible, not received order; I have tracking & written evidence of the scanning issues with my order which includes confusing failed delivery, successful delivery, and collection issues. Scan's unhelpful much like retailer.

An adviser originally emailed saying he would chase this up and get back to me, well it's been silent so far. The blatant disregard, having received no follow-up, is disappointingly abysmal. Tried calling but to no avail.

Awful experience.

The quality is absolutely awful. I have just used it for the second time and the frame completely broke. I specifically chose a dome umbrella so the wind wouldn't blow it inside out but when opening it up, its gone out of shape and is useless now.

I ordered two umbrellas 99 cm according to specifikation but they are not at all 99 cm long.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your order. It seems that the item dimensions have been changed by the manufacturer since it was first measured and listed on our site, with the length having been changed slightly. The description has now been updated, but the umbrella still represents excellent value for money. Nevertheless, we always encourage customers to contact us directly if they are not fully satisfied with their order on receiving it, as we appreciate the opportunity to put things right on the rare occasions that an order does not meet our customers' expectations.

I did request that the package was left in a safe place as I would be at work. However, it was taken back to the sorting office so I had to go and pick it up the next day.

THE UMBRELLA WAS FAR TOO BIG FOR A CHILD, IT IS MORE FITTING FOR AN ADULT, SO I WAS REALLY DISSAPOINTED AND RETURNED IT.

Delivered over a week late and when i asked for help the reply was, please sort it out yourself. customer service does get much worse than this.

This delivery was to Amsterdam and the delivery address given was missing the house number. After the delivery address had been corrected, the Amsterdam depot would not deliver for 72 hours. I don't know why! Not speaking Dutch we were at a disadvantage. We thought the customer, living in Amsterdam, would be able to communicate better with the depot than us. Hence, when he called, we asked him to phone the depot himself as we were getting nowhere. I am sorry we did not explain this better.

I still haven't received them. I was off work last week so I ordered them the previous week so I would be home to collect them. Back to work today and I got a text to say they were being delivered today. I'm at work all week so it looks like I'll have to drive to collect them after paying so much for delivery it's a bit of a joke. Delivery cost was very expensive. Now I'll have to add the cost of collecting it.

I have no idea when the receiver would get my present.
I already asked for missing delivery to myyodel.co.uk for 3 times, but somehow it is not delivered yet.
It was my first time to purchase from this company, but well...
Something goes wrong on the delivery.
