Very dissapointed with the quality. Silver Handel is very plasticy. Too expensive for low quality. Looks cheap.

The end of the stick was plastic, with a screw in it,looks awful. I expected a proper metal tip underneath. Will wear away very quickly I suspect. Wouldn't buy again.

An ok stick. but expensive. the pattern only covers the top part of the stick, which I had not realised. However it will suffice.. Did not realise until the of the transaction that the postage was so expensive.. It was delivered quickly.

I received two walking sticks from you but, unfortunately, they had been incorrectly described on your website and I needed to return them both. This was not a problem and returning them was easy with a refund issued shortly afterwards.

The Cats model is not what I requested. I understand the model I requested is out of stock. I have asked if I can change the Cats stick for Floral Blue, but have received no reply.

Ordered two left handed sticks. I was sent a left handed and a right handed stick. I sent an email requesting the exchange details for the right stick. I was told that everything was fine on your side which suggested that I obviously didn't know the difference between a left and right handed stick when I've suffered arthritis for 10 years now. I was asked to send photographic evidence to prove what I was saying. I have been sent a returns label and told the other will be sent when original back.

RFA25 rubber ferrules supplied does not fit Spiral Chestnut Hiking Stave. I have asked a question about this on 20th December and never got a response. Poor and disappointing customer service.

Also note I have purchased 2 pieces of RFA 25 and it is not listed below, may be because you already know I have a problem with this item!

Package was sent to wrong place somewhere in Cumbria, not even similar address! the person who received it very kindly re-addressed and sent it on to me and I received the goods eventually, shall we blame human error?

I emailed customer support and got no reply. Other than that the stick looks good.

I eventually got a reply from customer support asking for pictures to show the damage which I promptly sent. It has been over two weeks since then and I have had no reply, even after messaging from multiple email accounts. I am very disappointed.

As per item review... We always reply to messages and emails by the next working day. I'm not sure what could have happened in this case... I have double checked the email account and cannot find your correspondence... in future, if you have not heard back from us by the end of the following working day please do try once more to get in touch with us.
