Hello I was very happy with the personal service I received from your company the only suggestion I would like to make would be the following
Perhaps there to be a complimentary slip with the details of the particular product i.e.. which wood the stick is made from and perhaps a little more detail of the origins of the stag horn?
I tried to find the details after delivery and would have appreciated a simple card or as i say a compliment slip or even an invoice with the particulars.

My Husband makes country style walking sticks for friends and family to use when walking our dogs
but as yet not folding, so after damaging my foot needed some thing a bit more convenient to use in town or out for a meal with friends. Pleased to find a very smart conformable folding stick to go with every out fit.
It did frighten the dog when it extended with speed after removing it from the packaging, a very good buy. Linda.
