I had heard nothing since placing my order so phoned on the 27 May to enquire .I was told they would look into it. No further explanation but received a full refund.
No ideas why and not offered suitable alternative

Item was 5 days late and not the item I ordered,

I did receive a item that did the same job but not the like for like replacement that I ordered,

The item that I was sent was £30 cheaper on there own website but as it was already several days late I was desperate to fit it as we had no heating, called multiple times to ask for updates and was fobbed off with excuses and promised tracking updates and never received any

2 stars is because the item when it finally arrived it did do the job.

Slow service especially in sending the item. Paid £4.80 including extra to have the item posted 1st class registered Royal Mail but was sent standard mail for £2.55. Item measured 50mm X 14mm and was sent in a E2 jiffy bag measuring 280mm X 240mm. A padded envelope would have sufficed. Send an email to them requesting a refund of the extra I paid for registered postage and they ignored my mail.
Would not recommend or use again. Apart from that the part is working away fine.

Ordered and paid for item supposedly in stock. Item not dispatched. Contacted and was told get return call. Item not in stock. No return phone call. Phoned again several days later as money had been taken on placing order and still not showing dispatched. Was told item still not in stock. Money returned and phone call to confirm. Disappointing as order placed on the back of website stating stock available and then could not deliver their promise waiting for me to pull them up.

I will NEVERuse this company again. I would recommend that no one else does either. not only didn't send the part but then asked me to wait LONGER. then lied that theyd sent it out when they hadn't. complete joke.

Actually ordered part assuming replacement seals for diverter valve Turbomax VUW GB 242/5. However turned out to be incompatible. Not worth returning product.

Terrible service.
Paid for 24 hour delivery.
Item never arrived.
Called seller to find out what was happening. Was told it had been wrongly sorted by delivery firm and returned to seller. would be sent out again and delivery refunded. Still no item and no refund.
Had to make a claim via PayPal to get refund.
No communication from seller. Never received any email saying the item had been dispatched.
Will not use this seller in future.

Ordered a part for my boiler, took order, confirmed then told it can't be delivered with no explanation as to why not, emailed to ask why and got no answer.

A fully disaster. You don't sent me the material because you say that you don't sent anything out of UK. When you refunded my money into my credit card, I've lost money due to change of Pound to Euros.

I sent you an email asking you if was possible that you send the material using another way, and I didn't received aswer of you.

I think that the minimum must be to answer my email.

Absolute shocking service
Paid for next day delivery but took 4 days to arrive. Was told I would be refunded my delivery costs but I am still waiting for the refund. Will never use again.

I have yet to receive this item which was ordered on 16th January. I have sent messages and received neither acknowledgment nor reply. I also asked for printed instructions for fitting a shower bought at the same time . I have also tried to contact the supplier several times by phone , but without success . I am very frustrated by this .

Joke of a company ! I called to make sure they had product in stock and was advised if it says in stock on website then it's in stock. Ordered the part to be called 3 days later to say they have not had that part in stock for several years. Then I had to wait a week for a refund. Will never use again !

I have not yet received the mixer tap as it has been delivered to the wrong place. I had a conversation with you about a week and a half ago and a redelivery was supposed to be made. As yet no delivery and no further communication!

What? Minimum ratings across the board? Justified, I think.
I ordered a microswitch for my boiler.
Order accepted, payment taken, emailed to confirm despatched.
Several days later, the payment was refunded. I noticed days later.
I rang clickonbathrooms. Was told part was obsolete & no longer available. Found it still offered on their website. Eventualy they admitted they didn't have enough items to justify placing an order with their supplier. Poor comms. Lies. Zero service. Asked for feedba.

We were told the item was obsolete but on investigating the issue we were told it could still be obtained. We did offer to supply and add to one of our orders but this offer was declined. We are sorry for the confusion tha occured on this order which is very rare. We process many orders each week and receive generally top feed back so we are very unhappy about this isolated issue. Our intentions were honest that is why the money was refunded without delay.
