The last entry states 'awaiting collection by recipient as requested' dated friday 18th

Hi David, very surprised that your parcel has not yet arrived. We confirm that it was despatched by Airmail on Friday 13th September, and shipped through Heathrow on same evening. Please check your local parcel office in case they are holding delivery for any reason. Please keep us informed.

Very sorry to hear about the slow delivery to Ireland.
We have checked Royal Mail Tracking, and see that for some reason there was a delay between Heathrow and Dublin of 3 days. See Tracking Info below.
Your Order was received in Dublin on Monday so your delivery should now have been made.
Still withing the 5/7 Worlking Days we quote, but would have been quicker by Paddle Steamer on this occasion.

I really am not impressed with this company l have to order from them because it is so difficult to get clothes to fit my husband. They are asking for a review of an ordered before having refunded my previous returns. I have emailed them providing a copy of the order etc, nor reply.

Be warned they do not give refunds!

I have checked our records however and can confirm that your previous order, returned using our free tracked returns service, was refunded in full 4 days ago on the 10th august . Please do check your bank statement and get back to me if you require further details and transaction number. regards.

The original order was paid for through Paypal. We have checked their records which definitely confirms a refund to yourself of £90 on 10th of August.

On checking we find that incorrect tracking details were originally sent, but delivery to your address in France was actually attempted 07.30 on Thursday 24th March. Correct Tracking info has now been emailed to yourself.

I am still waiting to receive my order I have tried to call you but goes to answering machine every time! I have issues with Interlink they said they have tired to deliver twice but nobody was in this is untrue. I have been home on both occasions NO van has come up our private lane NO card has been left and only get an automated service when you contact Interlink - this service of not being able to talk to anyone is hard to deal with. The driver has not attempted to come to the rural part I.

We cannot understend why you could not contact oursdelves by telephone, as we are open every day except Sundays, and always answer our telephone promptly. We have no messages from yourself on our answering machine so we did not realise you had a problem with Interlink.

We are very confused by your comment ref 'Not my order'.
This order was placed from Australia on 16th December and shipped by Airmail on 3rd January..The delay was due to us suspending Airmail shipping over the final Christmas rush.
We have checked with your credit card issuer, and confirm that the card used is registered to yourself and order is fully paid.
We also note the you previously purchsed goods fro us back in February 2014.

Rubbish clothing and rubbish service. Complete rip offs.

Refused to return clothes I sent back because apparently they were too wrinkled and they couldn't resell them.

After fighting my case and pleading with them they only refunded half my money.

Stick to Jacamo... better clothing and they take back returns even if you don't fold them neatly.

These items were returned in a completely unsaleable condition, all rolled up and crushed.
We offered Mr Mirza the opportunity to have all the items returned to himself at our expense, this he declined
We feel that we have been more than fair on this occasion,
I believe that the company he refers to, do accept badly packed goods back, but then charge a 'handling' fee plus 'restocking' fee. We charge neither but do expect sensible actions by our customers.
