Very disappointed of FedEx get rid of them !! I waited two days for delivery even though the tracking site stated that my items had been delivered.

I paid for next day delivery and received the goods four days later. On contacting RivieraMultimedia I was told that ParcelForce had failed to collect because the driver had been "pinged" en route and had to self-isolate before completing his round. FedEx was used as an alternative - no problem thereafter.
It would have been helpful if I had been told instead of having to ask but customer service was swift and positive once I contacted them.

The item took a lot longer to arrive than originally estimated and the reason for the delay ended up being very different from what we were originally told. It took several phone calls to chase, with a promise of several ring-backs, but the ring-backs never happened when the company said they would call.

I asked in my order that all boxes would be bubble wrapped.This was not done .I have only opened one box yet,but there are quite a few (20) cases broken ..the corners broken off .The delivery address was incorrect and was a mixture of my billing address and delivery one.

Unfortunately 43 of the 150 cases that were delivered were damaged. I have contacted the office via the online form but still waiting for a response which was more than a week ago. My original contact with Riviera was great with notification made once stock was available. Products were dispatched very quickly, so this was excellent. Happy to adjust review once customer service contacts me in response to 1/3 of my delivery which was damaged.

Was not impressed by the courier Fed Ex. Said it would arrive on one day, did not arrive. Then they said that it would be delivered on the following day. Again the package was not delivered. i was then forced to send an e-mail to Fed Ex about these issues. Eventually after this e-mail, the package was received. My opinion of Fed Ex is very poor. It took them 3 delivery dates before the package was received.

Product is good. However, the packaging was too flimsy and the paper was loose when received, so a bit poor considering the delivery charge!

The outer packaging box had a large hole in it through some impact damage which had cracked one of the cases inside. Cases packed too tightly together resulting in scuff marks on the sleeves from the plastic rubbing/pushing against them.

All the tracking and updates via email were fine.

Eventually the stuff arrived after 10 days FEDEX ARE USELESS at the moment - used to be really good and I had an account but they've really slipped down the list.
Spoke to Riviera and they chased it and it arrived next day so thats good.
Usual problem with a few smashed CD cases as the box gets thrown around on delivery.

Parcel Force failed to deliver this order and, contrary to their email, did not leave a card / number to call.
Further to my call to the R-MM team, DPD promptly delivered the missing order the following day.
I cannot fault customer services.

The calendar cases are good but they were poorly packed which resulted in two items out of fifty being chipped. Also there were only 49 in the box. instead of fifty. However, after an e-mail to customer services, replacements were quickly sent to me.

Products are OK, shipping is good, but customer service is non existent.
Received the goods in good condition, but with part of the order missing.
Sendt an email to customer service, but have not heard anything from them.

The Dvd and Blu-ray cases had a good clouts , there was at least 2 Blu-ray cases and 2 dvd cases to bin . I will know how bad the damage is when I start to use the items . it could have happened anywhere from packaging to the delivery driver . The items are very good quality (normally ) , but when someone decides to play football with the items its not recommended .

PARCELFORCE Tracking System informed which day my delivery was to arrive. I stayed in. I received an email from them at 13:20 telling me that they had tried to deliver at 12:50. No Delivery Card was left. I phoned and it was agreed to deliver the parcel to the local Post Office the following day. I could not make the Post Office that day which was fortunate because the delivery was not made until a day later!
If this is typical PARCELFORCE service they are doing Riviera Media no favours.

I am a regular customer and invariably when I go to do an order some items I want are out of stock
It is then not economically sensible to order a small item on its own later as the shipping costs are expensive.

Hi, The product is great, customer service very responsive. However, with the internet, we are shovelling vast amounts of money to our post offices for 'extra special delivery' which, in fact, I only need for expensive items, not for something such as CD sleeves. Can I be given the choices and clear implications for the delivery I choose, when I might actually prefer the cheapest way, as it actually really does not matter that much. Kind Regards, Tom.

I have used this headcleaner and was disappointed with the results after 2 operations. It seems that the reason I wanted it has not been addressed . It is still making a noise when playing cassettes, and I find no way of following the instructions to clean the brushes. In fact there is very little assistance given on the package. I also consider the postage well in excess for an item costing £5. It would be far better tp be able to purchase such an item in UK as used to be the case.

Although your prices are good and your shipping is often next day which is great, you constantly fail to inform me if there's going to be a shortage in my delivery. I have placed 3 orders, and each time I get to find out that I'm not getting my order fully delivered, by a hand written scrawl on the delivery note saying - item to follow, and no clue as to when I can expect the rest of my order. An email directly after shipping would be sufficient.

Great cd cases,but they need to have more protection.I had to throw eight away as they were damaged.
Overall a great purchase but they can work out pricey when having to throw so many away.

I placed my order 8th August 2018 for three items. I received one of the three items on the Tuesday as promised. 8 days later I received item two. I really would like item three to complete the order placed. Today is the 16th August. !! Any chance of the 25pod of Blue Ray Discs arriving??

I ordered this item in the mistaken belief that the discs are inkjet printable. I attempted one disc and realised that they aren't. I asked to return the discs with a genuinely identical disc as replacement for the one I'd used but was refused because I had opened the pack.
Whilst not a frequent customer I've made purchases from them, from time to time, over a number of years. I'm very disappointed that my request, made in good faith, to return the discs was refused for such a trivial reason.
