The Pro-DUO paper is very good.
The MediaRange 100 minute/900MB CD-R's are not 900MB at all, but the usual 80min/700MB. I suppose they can be used as 80MB discs in the usual way - not yet tried them.
I EMailed Riviera about this using the email address supplied by them, but did not get a reply.

Decent product, Riviera always send mint cases (lots of other companies sneak in used ones) however I had 2 breakages in this packet, there is almost always breakage.

I have made a number of purchases of similar products from Rivieramultimedia over the last few years. I have always expected, and tolerated, a number of breakages due to the fragile nature of the products (brittle plastic cd cases). However, on this occasion, the number of damaged products is unacceptably high. I have had to throw away approx 10% of the total order so far. I hope this is a one-off experience. Otherwise, i have always been very happy dealing with this company.

1/4 of the cases arrived smashed due to inadequate packaging. The courier attempted delivery at the wrong address, only correcting this after I contacted them to ask them to redeliver it. I emailed Riviera Multimedia regarding the breakages but heard nothing in response.

6 of the 25 jewel cases were badly damaged on receipt




Matt was v. helpful and re-ordered 6 replacement jewel cases on 12/6/19. To date, 22/6/19, these have still not been received. Matt is again looking into this. Not a very satisfactory outcome.

I'm sure you do want to hear my opinion because I've written twice with two orders
illustrating with photos that either the CD tins are bent or the cardboard ones are warped, and unusable.
Delivery and speed wise its fine

Poor quality CD cases, and not the 'professional' standard advertised on their website. 20% of them arrived dirty or broken. I sent an email of complaint which was not replied to. Avoid.

On merchandise and customer service i would give them 0 stars if i could. Delivery is ok with dpdlocal. You only know how good a company is when there is a problem with an item, and they failed miserably on this.

Ive bought of Riviera for years without issue but the last couple of times no confirmation order when I order, no invoice, no notice of dispatch oh and no delivery note. Last delivery they only delivered half the order and I was promised the rest for Monday (yesterday) they arrived today. On the plus side the guy on the phone was very helpful but I dont need issues like this so I will be ordering elsewhere in future.

I placed my order when the items were showing as 'in stock', but was later told after I chased up my order, that they were out of stock and I'm still waiting for delivery of my order. Usually, Riviera is excellent for customer service but on this occasion, they've dropped the ball.

One tiny mistake and the original order was cancelled by the provider without even contacting me to say why so that the error could be rectified. a second order was placed and the maid item Unikeep small cases should have been clear and black was sent without any reason why.

The number from my home was missing.

Hello,
I ordered and received 250 digi tray.
When I opened the package, there were 30 of them broken.
Despite the protection you added, the digi tray being against the cardboard, the first ones were broken. This is very disappointing for future orders.

Quick service and well packaged budget jewel cases. Sadly many (49 from 850) were broken! After two e-mails and two phone calls no replacements were sent out. Very disappointed with Riviera :(.

The company are still reliable and efficient, orders arrive within a decent amount of time and are in good condition, and I will continue to use them. However the company has gone down in my estimation. A year ago I was able to engage in excellent pre-sales discussion by email, being given excellent and friendly advice and help. These days my emails are ignored, which is a great shame.

20% of dvd cases were broken beyond use and only fit for the bin, not for the first time this has happened...items inadequately protected in shipping EVEN THOUGH i requested extra packaging on my order. their discs and inks are fine, i will be sourcing other suppliers for my cases in future.

Overall poor I'm afraid. Wrong item was sent to me all be it promptly. I wasn't in to collect and the shippers left no tracking number to easily rearrange. When I discovered the wrong item I called up and was told a replacement would be sent and somebody would be in touch. A replacement arrived a few days later but this was another incorrect item. I never received any attempt at contact as promised and once the weekend is over I'll be calling up to arrange a third go at delivery.

I have ordered DVD cases as well discs from Riviera for quite a few years and have experienced poor packing in the past. This time I specifically highlighted on my order that the cases should be wrapped securely & any damages would be rejected. The DVD's arrived with the contents spilling out onto the floor. I was so annoyed I photographed the order and rejected it. I would like to say the replacements came in a timely manner but they didnt. This is the last order they will get from me.

RUBBISH product. Inlay trays did not fit properly in the jewel case. Not cost effective to return for a refund for dumped in the landfill.
