Not my first but certainly my last order. Bought 2 packs of 50 mailers and they've sent me 17 standalone ones. Thye didn't write, explained, they just sent 17 and expected me to be ok with it. I've ordered other things since I was spending on shipping anyway but the reason for the order was the CD mailers. Very weird. Ebay sellers have all these items anyway for less most times.

Shocking service.

Do not list products for sale on a website, take money, leave someone hanging for a week, to then tell the customer it’s not in stock. Just wrong, and weird.

The problem with my order is I ordered (10 way dvd cases) and got 12 way. I sent 2 emails to you and have not heard nothing from you. so I am stuck with 30 12 way dvd cases which im trying to use, and still heard nothing on my 10 way cases

so may I ask whats going on.

Sold as Nintendo Wii cases, however, they were cheap China style cases and not Nintendo ones.

Not impressed that this company use a review agency that spam you with emails from which you cannot unsubscribe. Data Protection? Can Spam Act? GDPR? Does no one care about "customer satisfaction"?

Feel free to completely obliterate this review and remove me from your spamming database forever, and never ever contact me again without giving me an option to unsubscribe.

It was exactly what I asked for, but six of the 30 maxi jewel cases I ordered arrived broken, probably because they were poorly protected. Send mail to make the complaint but until now I have not received a response.

I only order 3 things from Riviera, but EVERY time I go to order them, they are either completely out of stock or they only a very few left. They ALWAYS say on the order acknowledgement that if there's a problem with the order they would let us know straight away, and yet, when the delivery comes in, there's ALWAYS an item that's been short shipped and a note scrawled on the delivery note to say "so and so" to follow. The prices are good but their stock levels are shocking..

Not for the first time both the cases and trays arrived badly scratched! They have obviously been pieced together from separate sources as it is extremely difficult to remove the tray from the jewel case and then fit back into place once you have changed the sleeve.
I will not be buying again i'm afraid!

The original item was unavailable. Then, Riviera sent an Email with a direct link to the item that was originally requested and that it was back in stock. That exact link was clicked and paid, but was the wrong item was delivered and nearly broke our machine. I called Customer services, they were unhelpful and awkward, and did't believe that they had made the mistake. I sent the item back that day, and haven't head anything since. I need to re order the item, but can't until there is a refund.

I haven't received my order yet, I phoned a week after placing the order and was told it was out for delivery. I phoned 3 days later and they said it was being returned to them and they'd post it out again, but they didn't offer faster delivery or compensation meaning it's affecting my business.

Don't normally complain, but this time quite a few cases damaged , emailed, then phoned customer services , they said they didn't receive email so would look into and get back to me but nothing so far , delivery problems too , this is my worst experience out of 5 deliveries so will continue with them , they should maybe put one or two extra cases per item to allow for breakages which there always is, and maybe call back when they say they will.

Package arrived damaged. I had to stay in all day to wait for someone to collect damaged product as no time could be given. Replacement product not received a week later. No communication on receipt of damaged goods or expected delivery of replacement goods.
