Prompt service. I found this company in a newspaper review and it is worth buying.

How can you even ask for review when my order has not even being dispatched. Expected atleast delivery by today but continue to show processing without any update. Very dissapointed.

Quick postage, love their products (great for my little girl who has eczema) and customer service was excellent. Even though I had a mistake in my order they quickly rectified it and were very helpful and sent a freebie to apologise. I’m a regular customer and would recommend.

Love this product and arrived promptly. The only comment is that the liquid is very watery in texture meaning that you get through it very quickly. I’ve just bought a spray bottle to see if that helps.

This time I ordered washing up liquid, dishwashing powder and laundry powder and received usual fast service, being kept up to date as my order was being processed and shipped. I am so glad to have found Homescents products, initially through Amazon, but I now buy directly from Homescents website.

All four products are as described and were well packed and dispatched promptly. Ordered on 18 Aug. which was a Friday and received by Courier on Tuesday 22 Aug.

I was kept informed of the progress of my order by email.
The website was informative and the registration process quick and effective.
