Product not received!!
The code received to track the shipment does not give results with the Italian partner. I haven't received my order yet and I have no information on the status of the shipment.

Shipping delayed for 2 days.
If you buy as a guest costumer, you can't track your order, you must to register for that.

A functionally useless product.

The sock material snagged on second wearing and a small rip resulted. (Merino products do that, I know - I should have known better.) Numerous other similar scrapes and scuffs already indicate a short predicted life.

'Darn Tough'? I think not.

Shipping and Customer Service were great, so definitely a star for them.

As I am still waiting for my item to arrive after 14 days of my order I am unable to review this product. However I would say that shipping is extremely poor. I have received a couple of items that I purchased after this order and it literally took days not weeks. I am not very impressed.

We are rellay sorry this has happened. It was sent with Royal Mail to the correct address on 4 January and simply has not been delivered by them. A full refund has been made.

Really sorry for the delay. It was postef when ordered with Royal Mail and seems to be stuck in a local depot .If not delivered in the next few days we will look to provide a full refund.

Item arrived damaged and when I wrote to explain the issue and send them back I was told I was mistaken. The item was replaced but only after having my intelligence insulted. I bought 3 items from smaller companies recently in order to support them financially during this crisis and every item had an issue. I'll be ordering with Amazon from now on.

Terrible customer care and service.

I put one star as it said one rating minimum. I would have put zero if possible.
