Roofing tools - do you not know that working people cannot stay at home all day to take a delivery? Why do you insist on a signature? I have not received my order, and am now expected to drive a 60 mile round trip to pick it up! Get with it - everyone else is happy to leave deliveries in a safe place. It's bloody annoying. I shall use a different supplier in future.^.

I'm very unhappy! I never received my package. I needed this for a job. I had to go out and buy another one! Thanks for wasting my time and money.. DHL opened an investigation but they don't have a clue I'm so pissed.

We are sorry that you did not receive the goods within your expected timescale, however we have no control over the time taken to deliver goods to the United States after they leave Metal Solutions Ltd. We are advised by DHL that the goods were delivered and signed for today.
