Request for feedback and I have not received the order ! On checking my account for information just says "processing" no indication as promised of dispatch after 6 days but claimed items were in stock. Disappointing communication.

From what I can see in order tracking my order hasn’t been despatched yet. I ordered it 17/12 and paid for express delivery so at this point I’m not particularly happy. I sent an email a few hours ago asking for advise on status but no reply as yet. Please advise.

Don’t believe this is a genuine oil, very watery, no sealed bottle. Weak diluted fragrance.

Sorry to hear that you had problems. We can assure you we stock genuine Maison Berger products and if you are having an issue we can send you a replacement and have your current fragrance sent to Maison Berger for testing.

Unfortunately my order was cancelled as it was not in stock. I see this issue has occurred before with other customers. Surely the live stock position and website should be linked in this day and age. This put's me off ordering anything else as it wastes my time.

Quite badly, I think it's fake, because when used in lampe, they smoke and after 10 minutes goes off, which never happened.

I’ve been waiting since 26/05 for my item, was emailed 48 hours for dispatch.
Today is 31/05 and I’ve received someone else’s order, with all their personal details.
Meaning mine have probably gone to a total stranger.
No reply to email, and then get request for feedback.
I’m not very impressed at the moment.
