Effective gloves for winter cycling with silk liners for someone with Raynaud's. Buy a pair every 2 years because the stitching gives way and can only repair so many time. Recommended.

You wanted a review. Well, OK. The product I ordered (that is still shown on the website) is no longer available. Advised it would be replaced with another product. Many days later - IT STILL HASN'T arrived. It's massively overpriced - in China, exactly the same battery is a fraction of the price. Not the mention the equally very high delivery charged for a small and light item.

Anyway, I STILL DON'T have it... and how annoying is it when merchants bug one for reviews.

Hi, apologies for not sending out. Tbh we lost your communication trai! It happens occasionally. Sometimes your reply to a query from us may end up in junk mail. Or (in this case 'ADT') your email responsecould be mistaken for a commercial email. Either way we missed your reply. No excuses, just possible reasons. Your accessories will be despatched frst working day from now which is Monday 6th December.

Thanks for your Order from Warmthru.

You purchased your vest in 2017. We no longer stock the larger battery for your vest.

Instead we are supplying two smaller batteries which together offer more time and the same heat and fit the pocket more easily.

An adaptor will also be supplied which fits on to the pocket cable. A new twin-jack charger will also be supplied. Charge both batteries at the same time.

I did not receive the battery I ordered but a mixture of things including one glove! No notification that order could not be fulfilled.

Mr Bingley received a newer version of the batteries previously supplied. He received in fact two new, smaller batteries instead of the single large version which was previously supplied.

Both smaller batteries were sent inside the pockets of a heated glove we sent to this customer with a note saying the batteries could be found inside the gloves pockets.

The main reason for this is that for this particular vest we have run out of batteries. The second reason is that we cannot send loose Li-ion batteries in a package due to new, draconian, shipping restrictions. All batteries must now be inside and connected to products. Even if we did have more larger batteries for this product we could only send it INSIDE the pocket of a vest.

For this reason we sent equally good, if not better, batteries that were small enough to be inserted into the pockets of a two-pocket glove.

I Received my order in quick time. Upon opening the package there was a damaged battery. I took a picture and emailed it back to Warmthru at 1900hrs. By 1905hrs I’d received a message back apologising and explaining they would send another out in the morning. True to there word they did and I received it the next day. Thank you to Jack for being so helpful.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company in a heartbeat.

It wasn’t clear to me that they wouldn’t be delivered on a weekend (for next day delivery) But the company were quick to respond and they arrived the next WORKING day- so just be aware of this.

The gloves arrived quickly and were of good quality and highly competitive in price. Sadly they were too small in size and had to be returned for a refund, as no larger sizes were available at present. Customer communication was excellent with sensible advice. I can thoroughly recommend this company and will most likely be buying from them in the future, once updated product is available.

Service and products second to none!
Husband purchased me a pair of heated socks 11 years ago, whilst I thought they were a little expensive I’ve been proved wrong. You get what you pay for . These have been used nearly every year, since and never fluffed or faulted.
One of the feet elements stopped working (prob my fault as looks like I possible have pulled wire)
You are able to buy spares parts which is fabulous and very environmentally friendly.
Cannot fault the product at all.

Warmthru is a Scottish company, Registered in Scotland, based in Scotland, offering a full after sales service to our customers. Staff are Scottish, contracted employees are Scottish. Our products are designed in Scotland by Scottish product designers. Our designs just happen to be sent to China and elsewhere to be manufactured.

Even if it were possible to have our products made in Scotland, and it isn't, I wonder if customers like yourself would be prepared to pay at least twice the price. We make sure our quality control is kept to a high standard and prices kept relatively low. I hope you are satisfied with your product and also happy with the price.

Great product and fantastic personal service from Jack. Only problem was the sizing- I thought I would measure as a Medium but the Small ordered for my wife fitted me perfectly. Therefore Medium is being returned for replacement with as XSmall for the good lady. Very well made vest and powerful battery at first impressions. Would highly recommend.

I was disapointed to pay AGAIN! the 27.50€ when DHL delivered me the item.
Shippement of 27.5€ was part of the bill, nothing was telling me I have to pay again this amount which is already high. The item I bough was 30€, adding twice 27.50€ for shippement is crasy.

The additional charge is because of Brexit.

You must now pay Customs Duties in your country for incoming products from the UK.

But also, please note that we do not charge you VAT, our normal purchase tax, since we left the EU. If the UK were still in the EU we would include VAT at 20% so your product would be more expensive to purchase. But you would pay no duties.

I think they will come close to balancing out, so you will pay roughly the same now as you would have paid before Brexit.
