I have been buying Warmthru heated clothing for a number of years, and can highly recommend the customer service and quality.

This was my first try with their Ski Gloves, and, although they're not quite as warm as other Warmthru gloves/Hotmitts, having dextrous fingers whilst wearing them is a huge boon (eg. being able to clip on a dog lead..!). :-).

Warmthru products British made Based in Edinbough I have had one of there Heated Motorcyclist Vests for app three years, using it consantly throughought each winter .They are ecellent Quality and do there job perfectly.I recommend there products constanly. Buy a Warmthru Vest or heated gloves and you won't regret it. Excellent customer service and help.

I got my 2 batteries but they were contained in a left glove. Now I have one free left glove of no use at all. If you pay the postage i will happily send it back. Alternatively, you could send me a right hand glove to keep it company.

Hi, we would have sent you an accompanying letter of explanation with the glove/batteries stating that it is tricky sending loose batteries by post or courier - sometimes packages are X-Rayed and will be returned if they contain 'Hazardous' Goods, which is how loose batteries are defined. That is why we connect them to jack plugs inside the glove pockets. The batteries then become part of a product, which is permissable. (We lose money this way).

If we did not include such a sheet, which also asks you to dispose of the glove in landfill after removing the batteries, I apologise. Also explained in the accompanying sheet is that the batteries are not compatible with the glove therefore sending another glove would not be a good idea.

Only reason I have given 3 for customer service is due to incorrect information on website regarding specifications for battery life which I made my purchase decision on!
Owner apologised and confirmed that website was inaccurate as direct heat has been boosted by factory with an impact on longevity of each charge, however product is now waterproof.
This means if going on long hike in cold weather at high setting you would rather than 2 batteries require 3-4 batteries.

Hi John, revisiting our website we offer 3-6 hours heating time for our SuperVezzoo Vest. So that's 3-4 hours heat, at maximum, in continuous use. Drop down a setting it becomes 4-5 hours and at the lowest setting 5-6 hours. Customer feedback tells me that most folks start on Max. then drop down to a lower setting. Carrying a spare charged battery doubles this time. Sorry if this isn't enough but it is a lot more than is available on many competitor vests. I did advise that our website is incorrect but it turns out otherwise - it was edited some time ago in anticipation of our change to: more heat-less time.

Effective gloves for winter cycling with silk liners for someone with Raynaud's. Buy a pair every 2 years because the stitching gives way and can only repair so many time. Recommended.

You wanted a review. Well, OK. The product I ordered (that is still shown on the website) is no longer available. Advised it would be replaced with another product. Many days later - IT STILL HASN'T arrived. It's massively overpriced - in China, exactly the same battery is a fraction of the price. Not the mention the equally very high delivery charged for a small and light item.

Anyway, I STILL DON'T have it... and how annoying is it when merchants bug one for reviews.

Hi, apologies for not sending out. Tbh we lost your communication trai! It happens occasionally. Sometimes your reply to a query from us may end up in junk mail. Or (in this case 'ADT') your email responsecould be mistaken for a commercial email. Either way we missed your reply. No excuses, just possible reasons. Your accessories will be despatched frst working day from now which is Monday 6th December.

Thanks for your Order from Warmthru.

You purchased your vest in 2017. We no longer stock the larger battery for your vest.

Instead we are supplying two smaller batteries which together offer more time and the same heat and fit the pocket more easily.

An adaptor will also be supplied which fits on to the pocket cable. A new twin-jack charger will also be supplied. Charge both batteries at the same time.
