First we would like to thank you very much for placing an order from My Cotton Home.
We just noticed that you left us a negative feed back on 25/03/2018 as you didn't yet received your order at that time.
Your order was placed on 22/03/2018, and it was delivered to you on 26/03/2018.
Our standard delivery service as stated on our website is from 3 to 5 working days, so your order should be delivered anytime between 26/03/2018 and 29/03/2018 as the 24th and 25th were Saturday and Sunday.

So the order was delivered on the third working day as stated on our website, so no default at all from our side.

Negative feedback really affect our business, we hope that after receiving the items you ordered and after the above clarification you would consider to review your feedback.
