I can't fault the bbq of the shipping but the customer service afterwards is terrible. I have sent emails and left voicemails (they don't answer the phone) requesting a VAT receipt and they don't bother to reply. The bbq was £900 and I can't claim the VAT back because they haven't sent me a VAT receipt so it's effectively cost me an extra £180. Even an acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Shipping fine.
Merchandise let down by poor quality brackets.
No idea of customer service as more of the save brackets would be useless, so I made my own.
