Delivery was good but a bit more communication would be appreciated.
Customer service was great. There was a dispatch issue, the manufacturer had sent the wrong item. This was resolved promptly but a bit more communication during this process would have been good.

Delivery was a bit of a mix up on the day but the delivery driver went over and above to ensure our delivery much appreciated well done
Just a suggestion barbecue could do with a metal plate just in front so that the drips can be cleaned up other than that we are extremely pleased with our barbecue. The service and the people we spoke to in the process were polite and helpful count have asked for anything better.

It was so nice to receive a phone call with regards as to when my masonry BBQ was to be delivered. And on delivery it was no trouble for the gentlemen to place it as near as possible to the entrance where it is to be taken into the garden. My carmen BBQ is now up, looking good and very sturdy. So very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Can not comment as i have not received my order and have not been able to contact anyone on any of the two telephone numbers and had no reply to the e-mail i sent so at the moment i am not happy with this company.

When I bought the barbecue, my expectation was to receive it and to have it assembled on the same day.
When the parcel came with the barbecue dismantled, the courier (one man) said it couldn't bring it indoors...and it is too heavy to have it lifted just by me.
At the moment, the barbecue is outside of my house, partially blocking my front door. I'm going to have to pay an extra £150 to hire someone to put the parcel in-doors (garden) and to assembly it on my own. Never again.

Item received on time and well packed. The product was not of the quality I expected but this is not the suppliers fault. Rapid oxidation was disconcerting as the item should be ‘food quality’. Surface rust within 4 days of receipt was not anticipated.

Product as described on the website, pleased with the guy who helped me position the BBQ in my back garden. When the BBQ was put together we found the temp gauge broken. I contacted the guys at Planetbarbecue and they arranged for a replacement which was sent out in days. Well done.
I would buy this BBQ again and use Planetbarbecue again.

I am unable to review the product as its not been delivered and to date I have had no response to my email requesting an update on a delivery timeframe. When I ordered the product on the 03 July it said in stock clearly this was not the case!

Ordered a BBQ cover, which was delivered 2 days ahead of the expected date, well done.
Unfortunately, the cover ripped within a week, Planet Barbecue not only refunded the full cost, but also sent a replacement free of charge. This is truly outstanding customer service, what a great company to buy from, Thank you.

Order took 11 days to arrive, in fact after 7 days I emailed the sales website address to ask if it was in stock and actually being sent. I didn't get a reply.
Shame that the service, delivery and communication has let down a really top quality grill product.
If you are prepared to wait the Grill Rack is excellent.
