Item arrived with a deformed gear so the rotation is janky, contacted customer support but they did not reply.

We replied to your message on April 18th 2022. We explained that it sounded as if one of the gears had become damaged, and asked if you would like us to send you a replacement winding mechanism. We would send it free of charge, but it is possible you will have to pay some tax to receive the parcel. We have been waiting for your reply. It is possible that our e-mail ended up in your trash folder.

Hi

We shipped your order on January 13th 2021. You would have received an e-mail the same day with the tracking number, which is RS466345285GB.

The Royal Mail web site says that the package left the UK on January 14th.

It is not showing up on the Canada Post web site yet, almost certainly because it is still in Canadian customs.

Once out of customs, you should be able to track it, although the postal service in Canada is not the fastest either.

I am sorry your package has not arrived yet. According to the Royal Mail web site, the parcel left the UK on December 7th. The fact that it is not showing on the web site for Israel Post suggests it is still in customs in Israel. I will ask the warehouse to check on progress when they open on Monday.
