I threw it away after Grand Illusions did not reply to my email complaint the day of delivery.. Disappointing. I guess you could say I got "impossibly screwed." I actually like their products--and they have responded to my emails in the past--but not this time. So i lost the product and the money.

Shipping time was ok. Could have been better but with the whole brexit closterfuck I understand things aren't as smooth as usual.
The merchandise itself is superb.
I didn't have any real contact with costumer service but everything seems to be fine.

The cryptic calendars arrived in good time. On one of the calendars that I kept, the sliding part was quite loose and we have to sort of pinch it together now and then or it slides out of place.

The dome arrived perfect and worked like it should. Just a few days later the color started to fade away. A couple of months have passed, and the vortex is barely visible and it last just for a few seconds.
