Sorry about that. The warehouse no longer use Royal Mail, as I think they had too many problems. So now the main option is DHL Parcel. This is a courier service, so far more packages will arrive the next day. And it is the same price up to 10kg. However I appreciate it is not so economic for small orders. We are looking to see if there are alternatives we could offer.

I ordered 6 items, and you only have 3 listed.
I have not yet received this order. I’ve tried to find out the delivery status but the links from your email and website are not working. There has been no way to communicate with Customer Service. My previous orders arrived very quickly. There is only an “order being processed” note on my account.

I am very sorry about this. The warehouse have upgraded to a completely new back office system. I am sure it will be great once it has bedded in, but things are a bit frantic at the moment. They have been holding back on sending your order because they think that one item (the Hang Glider) is out of stock. It is not. Somehow it has got misplaced. I have spoken to my account manager this morning, and she is getting the team to locate the missing item.

Our web site is separate from the warehouse system. So unfortunately we are not able to give order updates on the web site. I cant stop playing with this.. all my family and friends laugh when i tell them how much i bought it. And then they cant stop play with it.. the only problem is shipping. I leave in Greece and i had to pay 70€ taxes. Maybe u can add another shippment method (slower).

We replied to your message on April 18th 2022. We explained that it sounded as if one of the gears had become damaged, and asked if you would like us to send you a replacement winding mechanism. We would send it free of charge, but it is possible you will have to pay some tax to receive the parcel. We have been waiting for your reply. This is a fragile item and it arrived fully intact. It came with a separate little piece that I do not know what to do with. This is a novelty item and I am very pleased with how it works. It is unfortunate that it does not come with instructions.
