The status of the order on my account did not update to show that the order had shipped and I had to email to get the tracking information which, in fairness, was provided very promptly.

Thanks for the feedback. We have just moved to a new warehouse, and we should be moving to a new web site within the next month. Hopefully, when that is all sorted, customers will get the tracking number automatically.

Grand-Illusions has been a favourite site for many years now for odd and wonderful items, mainly as presents. They can be relied on for stocking very interesting oddities and their service has always been excellent.
Items are packaged well (never had a problem with broken or damaged goods) and are as described.
Many hours of fun from the things I've bought from them - very strongly recommend them.

As ever ,excellent service from Grand Illusions. The items always arrive promptly and beautifully wrapped up.We love buying toys and tricks from this company as they are all of great quality and things you just don’t see on the High street. The owners gather them from around the world and have a really good eye for quality . Not expensive either and always worth it.
