My Trdditional Futon from SitandSleep is a really joy: absolutely beautiful, from colour to finish and design.The most comfortable sofa ever! Nobody has slept on it yet. When they have, I'll write again.

Superb shopping experience, Andrew and Robert endlessly patient and helpful with my many queries, ordering a big item online from the Highlands was a bit daunting.

Assembly wee bit tricky, two heads better than one! Delivery at 10.30 p.m. in pouring rain and dark, less than ideal.

My daughter recommended futon sleeping for my joints and I have to say that she was correct. After only 4 days I am feeling the difference. Sleeping great without all the tossing and turning and waking feeling refreshed from a good nights sleep.

Excellent to deal with. Called as I had a couple of questions and the phone was answered by a real person, who had all the answers and was really very helpful. I then ordered online. The delivery process was excellent with communications from the logistics company. The mattress came rolled up in a plastic covering and was perfect. Very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I was able to get a futon to meet my needs in both size and fabric. The cover is removable which is a god send as we have dogs. The company kept in touch regarding delivery and were able to deliver at a good time for me.

This purchase is a direct replacement for my old sit and sleep futon mattress, bought in Dec 2010. Prior to that I had had to replace cheaper mattresses (bought elsewhere) every 18 months-2 years because they sagged so badly so I delighted to find this company. That mattress was such good quality I didn't look anywhere else for a new one. Customer service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff and shipping was faultless too.

A superb sofa bed which, unlike many others, is firm and comfortable to sit on (to watch TV in our case) and gives good back support. Easy to convert into a firm bed base. Arrived on the right day, in the right 4 hour time slot, but the real time tracking of the order did not work (not a problem for us). Excellent customer service, including a very helpful phone call, and also including five fabric samples to help us get the colour right.

Delighted with the traditional futon compact double. It has taken many months to find a suitable sofa bed that meets my requirements of price, size and quality. So pleased I found it at SitandSleep. Absolutely as described and exactly fits the awkward space in my livingroom. The futon frame is sturdy, was quite simple to put together and very easy to manoeuvre with handy wheels. Extending to a bed is also easy.

Very pleased with the bed settee - great design and easy to assemble. A life safer for homes with a narrow staircase i.e. most terraced houses! Sales staff very responsive and helpful. Delivery on time and efficient.

Nor used the item yet but if it's as good as the last one I purchased it will be just right for the grandchildren.

Service was outstanding- prompt, personal response. Very accommodating. The king size futon with lux padding is very comfortable our guests say. We have already had three visitors use it and all report it is very comfortable. We had the wood stained blue and a midnight cover so it looks good as a sofa too. We were a little challenged putting it together but managed in about an hour! Works well. We are happy with our purchase.

Lovely, thick futon, very comfy, and because it's natural materials no smell like some other models!
Great customer service, both before and after collection.

Material for replacement cushion was very slightly different shade of grey to rest of sofa but it will do.
