Couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. Exactly as described online. Sample wood stain and cover material were sent promptly to help my decision. Delivery was quicker than expected. Assembly was straightforward, which I managed on my own. I made a mistake fitting the arms as I couldn't quite work out from the instructions but this was easily rectified. All in all, delighted.

The whole process was so straightforward- from picking what we wanted to having a seat- couldn’t be happier. Sit and sleep and the delivery company kept us fully informed at every stage- cannot fault anyone.

Good response to queries by phone and email. Good choice of mattress sizes and a vast colour choice. Shipping times as promised, but no next day delivery available. Happy to recommend Sit and Sleep!

It took me a very long time to decide which one to get as they are all so lovely, but Sit and Sleep answered all my questions by email and phone so very patiently! It's a great bit of furniture, easy to assemble, lightweight, sustainable, and I love the different back positions and armrests. Very happy with my new bed/sofa.

We had a great shopping experience with Sit and Sleep. Having searched everywhere else for the right sofa bed for the guest room, it was a relief to find the perfect match in the SNUG. The purchasing process was easy and Sit and Sleep were very communicative with explaining how delivery would work. I was initially unsure we would receive the item on time but the delivery company were fantastic and the whole process worked well.

Our weekend guest found it very comfortable to sleep on and our other guests to sit on. Love the colour of fabric and wood. Would definitely recommend.

I would have liked the material to be tighter fitting against the futon itself. There’s a bit of loose material when it’s folded up into a sofa which isn’t massively aesthetic. Very VERY comfortable to sit and sleep on however.

Great replacement mattress and I really appreciate the matching headboard/armrest covers.

My Trdditional Futon from SitandSleep is a really joy: absolutely beautiful, from colour to finish and design.The most comfortable sofa ever! Nobody has slept on it yet. When they have, I'll write again.

Assembly wee bit tricky, two heads better than one! Delivery at 10.30 p.m. in pouring rain and dark, less than ideal.

I am very happy with my choice from the variety of frames and mattresses on offer.

My daughter recommended futon sleeping for my joints and I have to say that she was correct. After only 4 days I am feeling the difference. Sleeping great without all the tossing and turning and waking feeling refreshed from a good nights sleep.

Sit and sleep have the best selection of sofa beds and are great to deal with - really helpful and friendly. Delivery was very reasonable and communications were very thorough.
