Great company I ordered twice by mistake but contacted the company and they cancel one order for me and refunded the money also I am delighted with the product quality and service I have received will definitely recommend this company and use again.

I sas not 100% on ehat the correct item that I would need was. After a quick cjat over email Plumb2u assured me it was right. And they delivered to my home! Perfect service, flawless product and I am a happy customer.

Great service from Plumb2u. Needed the part urgently, so posted a message on the web portal having seen they had the part in stock. Someone got back to me within 15minutes confirming that it could be delivered within 1-2 days. Ordered it and it came by Royal Mail next day.

Came from England, to my house in Northern Ireland in less than 24hrs from time of order.

They had the product that fitted our requirements, the price was good, and the subsequent delivery was very quick. No issues what so ever, have not used the "Customer Service" side of the operation so cannot rate it, but I will assume its fine.

I ordered this cistern on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday morning. It was just as ordered and well packaged and I had it fitted before the day was out.
I have ordered from Plumb2U before and although there was a problem with the item this was rapidly rectified by Martin in customer service.
My experience is that they are spot on and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Product was well priced and promised Saturday delivery (for a premium) which I needed.
Ordered and paid for Saturday delivery but had a message from their carrier (DHL) to say it would be delivered Monday. Was unable to contact anyone from DHL of Plumb2U.
Unit delivered on Monday.
Cost me a call out fee from the plumber who arrived to fit it.
On Monday Plumb2U apologised and refunded the carriage premium, but I was still out of pocket.
