The product is amazing and is something we serve at my local pub so that’s why I decided to buy some myself and I was not disappointed! Only issue was the original glass was cracked on arrival but customer services sent me a new one immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything perfect, customer service second to none, needed to change my order and it was done hassle free. Delivery was slightly awkward as I was given a time slot which I struggled to make, the courier said if I wasn’t there I would have to pick it up from the depot in Gatwick which is an hours drive! Don’t think that’s Lilley’s ciders fault though, the cider was delicious.

Quick delivery from order, left in peach but item was very heavy & delivered by one person, who seemed to struggle with it a little.

The ciders, as always, were very good - The APC courier, however, could do with being better - If a delivery cannot be made as promised, please inform me. Do NOT update the order status to show that I have rearranged the delivery.

Satisfied with the shipping, ordered before Christmas with the hope it’d be here before and it was. Very happy with the merchandise, have had some of the drinks in pubs before so ordered them online as I can’t find them anywhere in the supermarkets. No experience with customer service so no comment, I’m sure they’re lovely.
Haven’t tried all of my order yet but ordered because of liking the Mango and Peach from pubs.
So far so good.

First arrival one of the boxes was damaged after speaking with lilleys on twitter it was sorted with no fuss whatsoever and was replaced with the follow up delivery.

Product is amazing only slight issue with delivery company used not attempting delivery on 1st attempt (have Ring doorbell and did not trigger) and no missed delivery card left.
However cider is lovely and I will order again!

Had a slight issue with the courier,but the order had been spit into two parcels and was delivered on two separate days. Val from customer services swiftly advised of the situation and the cider was worth waiting for.
I have just ordered some more.

Ordered Select, actually received Sunset - luckily the person who this was for was ok with the substitution, but it would have been useful for an email to have been sent to notify that this was being done, just in case this wasn't acceptable
Also had a mousemat added to the order, but again not included in the box itself...

Delivery was later than said but not sure if it was a courier service? Not had any problems with them before.

Shipping is always fast, slower this time of year which has to be expected and sadly the courier badly damaged the packaging and the boxes with the bags in (not Lilly’s fault). This stopped me giving the cider as a gift as was originally intended but it just means that I get to drink it now.

Only 2 stars for shipping as the gift set glass was damaged. But they responded very quickly and with concern. Replacement sent straightaway, better packaged this time so no breakage!
Cider is delicious. I am enjoying trying the different varieties, using my new Lilleys cider glass. Christmas present to self will last well into the new year.
