Terrible experience, item arrived late, completely damaged..
Cannot reach the company via phone. Tried emailing them, but no one came back to me! Opened a case with PayPal for a full refund. Avoid at all cost.

I am sorry to hear that your goods arrived damaged, this is disappointing and not the service we usually provide. The email account is monitored daily, we have double checked again today and unfortunately have not been able to locate any email from you in regard to this order. I am sorry that you have not been able to contact us.

I am sorry that you have not yet received your goods. I have checked our system and these are due to leave us today to be with you tomorrow. I am sorry that we have not delivered within the time frame advised on the website.

The website stays delivery one day after processing orders which it quoted as one day also. The product which was urgently required took over a week to be delivered. No update given by customer service which again was disappointing.

Paid £8.50 shipping to receive a £12 item next day. A week later there is still no sign of goods. Tried on numerous occasions to contact by phone, phone rings once and disconnects. They also have not replied to my email. Will definitely not be using this company again.

We are very sorry for the delay in you receiving your item. We have chased UPS and the parcel unfortunately got held up at their main sorting hub in Tamworth.

One week on from sending an email requesting help for the item i bought and no responce. Stay away from this company they only want your cash and once they have it you get ZERO help from them. Scrwe thread on this was wrong and no one is willing to tell meif its a BSP thread or a NPT thread.

Is actually someone working there? I received my item before Christmas. Undamaged packaging box but the item has 2 cracklines. Sent 2 emails already and no replies at all and the phone isn't working either. I want an undamaged item and it seems I lost my money here and need to get the gas meter box somewhere else? I am fuming!

Order arrived promptly but so badly packaged that the bag wasn't even sealed shut. As a result the hose was present but the spanner had got lost in transit. Emailed the same day to provide photos of package left on doorstep and ask what could be done. 24hrs later after no reply I tried phoning and the number was dead. Tried again the day after with again no reply and number still dead. Resorted to PayPal dispute and still no reply so am currently waiting on a PayPal dispute decision.

Terrible shopping experience. A week after my order, the website still says it is beng processed and the phone number on the site simply does not work. It just gives a number unobtainable signal.

Faced with a long journey from my home to delivery address, i am still unable to cook without my new gas hose. I regret choosing this store, and will not use them again. Customer service and information are vital.

I have heard nothing since ordering a week, ago. Every time i try to log on as a guest to see what’s happening, its says ‘ no history’. So currently I don’t know what’s happening, whether it has been dispatched etc.

The item hadn’t arrived yet and it’s worrying that there’s no tracking details no update, we ordered another door from another supplier and it arrived on Wednesday and yours still hasn’t turned up. Disappointed.
