About a dozen of the bags where damaged on the pallet - in the past this would have been 2 or 3. The damaged bags needed to be rebagged by us.
product is good and superior to other wood pellets we've tried for horse bedding. prompt service.

Actual product was excellent as usual, but around 10% of the bags had holes in them meaning some of the bedding leaked out. The order did not arrive on the day it was supposed to. I phoned twice to check on it and was told that they were delayed but would ring if they couldn't make it. They didn't ring. The next day I happened to ring just in time to get it shipped that day but if I had rung 5 minutes later if would have not been shipped until the following week.

Sarah, I am sorry to hear about the broken bags on delivery and the customer service from the delivery company. As you can see from other reviews many customers love Aquamax and their only disappointment is delivery. Our warehouse always looks to ensure the bags leave in good condition. It is so frustrating when some delivery companies do not recognise the meaning of customer service. I will certainly compensate you for some lost bedding with your next order.

Lovely product . Delivery was due yesterday pm. Took the afternoon off work and received a call to say won't be with me until tomorrow am. Unfortunately I was working this am. I asked to call me at least 1 hour prior to delivery but they rang me when they were with was annoying. Luckily I went to get my horse in at lunch much time and was there just as the driver was leaving so he moved the pallet for me

Delivery was unsatisfactory as not delivered on the day or time promised by the transporting company. The driver had difficulty finding the delivery point location, despite specific detailed instructions given to the company office. Apparently, the driver attempted to contact me via my land line and not my mobile telephone number, as requested and as a result my order was delivered a day later than scheduled. Two of the bags were badly damaged causing spillage and some wastage.

We can only apologise for the delivery Jane.
We always supply the delivery company with all the information the customer requests.
As with all our reviews Jane gave us 5/5 for Aquamax and Customer Service. Whenever we have not received a 5/5 rating it is always because of the delivery,. We too find it very frustrating when this happens.

Great product but please sort your deliveries out - pallets always always come on a vehicle far too large to access property, despite me requesting a 7.5t truck only. Leaving me to deal with an angry and frustrated driver AGAIN!!!
