Placed my order late on Friday 9th Feb. Paid £2.99 for next day del. UK Mail claim to have attempted del on 15th Feb. I was unable to contact them. Waited a few days. Nothing. Emailed Techiblock to inform them and got a curt reply from Tracey telling me she was on holiday - don't check emails then Tracey - and someone else would assist me. Who that someone was I don't know as they never bothered contacting me. Happy to say I finally received my Techiblock order yesterday on Thursday 22nd Feb.

Orders placed late on a Friday would normally be processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday. However, as clearly stated on our site, due to staff holiday between 7-25 Feb we were unable to offer next day delivery and it would take a further day or two. Courier attempted delivery THREE times before giving up. As soon as we heard from customer we contacted her to let her know we would try to resolve the problem. Despite dealing with a significant time difference we managed to establish that the order was now being returned so arranged for a replacement to be sent ASAP. We emailed Mandy to confirm our course of action and she now has her order. Despite our best efforts sometimes things go wrong with deliveries and we did everything we could to resolve the problem. We disagree we were curt and believe our customer service warranted the same 5-stars that all our other customers give us. le 24/2/2018 à 02h58
