Easy to use web site and quick delivery even with standard shipping, but it was a shame that the canvases were not as good.

Great service, quick delivery as indicated on the website. A little bit disturbed to see the box in which the canvas' packed was damaged (the box that is).
Only disappointment was lack of tracking information on the website and as requested to alert myself on delivery so I will be at the delivery address.

I have been sent the wrong receipt for this order and can't contact anyone. The telephone numbers are not in service. I need the correct receipt

Sorry to hear you got an incorrect receipt.
Perhaps you got a purchase order instead of a VAT invoice.

You can access invoices from your canvas store account, or we can email you a PDF if you prefer.

I am unsure as to why the phone was not working when you tried to call us.
Perhaps we had a small technical problem.
The phones are working now.

This is a box of 2 canvases, packed with surfaces together in the innermost centre of the package. During transit, the outer and inner cardboard packaging had been pierced on both sides, as had the plastic cover on each canvas, but because of the way the canvases were packed, no damage was done to the surface of the canvases. A good result, but was almost a disastrous one.

Hi Lesley,

Usually delivery is 2-3 working days, you ordered a couple of days before Christmas, we did have a notice about the delivery cutoff times on the website and i also emailed you in case you didn't see the notice.

You could have always cancelled that order with us and then re-ordered when the suppliers re-opened after the new year break. We do appreciate that you kept the order with us though.

It is unfortunate that all our canvas suppliers close during this time every year, but we try and make the customers fully aware.

Very fast (free) delivery. Cardboard box of larger canvases was pierced. Fortunately on the inside only the cellophane film around the canvas was broken, but the canvas was untouched. In my experience carriers always damage the larger boxes. A stiffer cardboard would help. The canvases themselves seem excellent and very good quality.

Excellent quality canvases, properly packaged. I would hesitate to buy again from this site however, as I consider Yodel a poor-quality courier. Delivery failed on the first occasion (although I was at home!) despite my having specified a safe place for the package to be left. Yodel expect the recipient to be in all day from 0900-1900 - this is unacceptable today when other companies eg DPD keep in constant contact and advise a one-hour time slot. Change your courier and I would use you again.

My order arrived well packaged and on time through Canvas Store, thank you. However I am now contacting Winsor Newton with photo of the substandard edging fold on one of the canvases. I would expect to have a refund for this canvas as I do not frame this size of canvas and the fault is very visible - quite unacceptable.

The shipping was very good & arrived very quickly - but there was some damage to the cardboard box the canvases were in which might have been a problem. The canvases were fine just denting in the canvas where the corner tightening pieces are bundled - but can be sorted. All in all very good.

Originally I ordered these items Through another company who then informed me three days later that they didnt have them in stock. I expected the items to be delivered more promptly with your company but Had to call customer service when i was still waiting for them two days later and told that you had to check with the warehouse to see if they were in stock before order was processed. There was a delay of 5 days between order and receipt which you should have informed me of.

We processed your order as soon as possible via our suppliers.
As it was received on Friday afternoon we had to wait until Monday to send it to them.

With regards to any out of stock canvas, we are only told on the day we send it.

I do apologise for any slight delay you experienced.
Delivery is usually2-3 days from when we are able to process the order.

My shopping experience with the canvas store was good . I would however would have liked been informed that the delivery was coming Seperately .

Hi Karen,

Usually the canvas are all in one delivery when they are from the same suppliers.
I am sorry the sizes were sent seperately on this occasion, that is quite a rare occurence.

My main problem with this order is that it was delivered to my billing address not my delivery address. I was out and it was left on my doorstep, my supposed requested place. This defeats the whole object of having a different delivery address and made the security of my home extremely vulnerable.
Otherwise a brilliant service and I would recommend you to anyone.

All of our products go straight from suppliers and it is a very rare occurence to happen.

My orderwas on 1st April 2015, paying extra for it to be delivered on the next businees day -ie.2nd April. however it wasn't delivered then & I received the order on the 7th April. Of course i appreciate this was because Easter intervened. I have used your service a few times and like the comprehensive range of canvases that you can provide & and will carry on ordering you from you in the future.

Dear Christopher,

I sent you an email regarding the canvas ordering and delivery time, i hope you received the message and understand why you recieved the canvas after the bank holiday.

The order was recieved after the time deadline stated on the webiste and so it was processed the very next morning.
This meant that delivery would fall after the bank holiday, which was the 'next working day' after the order was processed.

I always have delivered to a different address to billing address, however part of my order came to my BILLING address? The printed note is a bad design and showed 'Billing Address' primarily visible?

2nd parcel came the next day to the correct address, however the protective box had a hole in the side, through the cardboard and though the canvas's protective cellophane wrapper! Fortunately the canvas itself was undamged.
