Customer service excellent. I paid extra for next day delivery but my canvases didn't arrive until after midday the following day. My postage was immediately refunded with no quibble. Would definitely use this company again.

The canvases arrived in perfect condition because they were expertly wrapped to avoid damage in transit.

Canvases are of excellent quality and I shall be buying more of them from this company.

Not good. Even though I asked for my canvases to be left with a neighbour, they were left outside behind my bins where it is wet. Not a good service. I don't know if to order from you again if this is the service I get.

Product's are great, shipped quickly. Easy to use site with very good product descriptions. However the only problem I have is with the company used to deliver my order, both boxes were damaged one slightly the other quite badly, it had a huge tear in the box that had damaged the wrapping of one of the canvas's. And the delivery driver dropped one of the boxes in front of me. Luckily none of the canvas's were damaged. But will order again because of great product.

Ordered by phone and as I've ordered before they had my details straight away. They confirmed prices and checked stock. Everything was available and the whole thing took a few minutes.Telephonist was clear, friendly and professional. I had been able to order during the morning the delivery was next day arriving early evening.
When I need canvases, I need them, so I use Canvas Store because I know I will be dealt with efficiently, in a professional manner and quickly - well done Canvas Store. .

Great service, quick delivery as indicated on the website. A little bit disturbed to see the box in which the canvas' packed was damaged (the box that is).
Only disappointment was lack of tracking information on the website and as requested to alert myself on delivery so I will be at the delivery address.

I paid extra for quick delivery unfortunately it didn't arrive on the date specified and the order was incomplete. Customer service dealt with my complaint promptly and suggested an excellent resolution. Very happy with the product and customer service, I will definitely use again.

I still haven’t receive my canvases so can’t say anything about them. I’m a regular customer with Canvas store but this time they changed their postal service which is really poor. I tried using the tracking number provided by canvas store on the delivery services website, unfortunately the tracking page couldn’t find my details. I contacted Canvas store using the form but didn’t receive any reply from them yet. Very desipointed.

Sorry to hear of the issues you had with the delivery service.
Our suppliers use a few different courier companies, and sometimes they change the ones they use.

I have checked your tracking and it says it was delivered on the 12th December, hopefully you have it.

It is likely you were sent the purchase order which is not the invoice.
That shows costs prices.
You can log in and retrieve invoices.

We can not overcharge customers, it is not possible.

Perhaps you got a purchase order instead of a VAT invoice.

You can access invoices from your canvas store account, or we can email you a PDF if you prefer.

I am unsure as to why the phone was not working when you tried to call us.
Perhaps we had a small technical problem.
