The only comment I have is that seemed an awful lot to fill in on the computer which made the shopping process rather slow.

Friends picked up the mallet bag so no shipping involved. MacKenzie who took my order was extremely helpful and obliging. Will be phoning on Monday to see if there are any croquet themed cards available for purchase.

Date of order on this review though is incorrect. Bag was only recently ordered about two weeks ago.

Rotten delivery has, I am afraid, entirely coloured my view. The order was placed on 23 July and I received the product on 25 August. Not only that, I was forced to spend several frustrating hours over the month dealing with UPS.
Although I rarely have dealings with logistics companies I have had a similar problem with UPS once before. If you want my advice you would have a much better chance of ensuring customer satisfaction if you used DHL.

Martin, I'm sorry you had so much trouble with the shipping. We use a number of different couriers and we have had issues with all of them.
