Shipping was 1 month which I excepted due to pandemic, I realised I had forgotten some items from the order the response I got from the staff on ringing to attempt to add these items was very poor, most unhelpful surly and abrupt so nothing was added and I shopped MKM for the other items.

On the delivery of the original order the lorry driver was extreamly helpful very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble I was surprised he worked for the same company as I had rang a few days before.

I'm happy with products and prices but NOT with delivery. I have been charged £18 for delivery in FOUR WEEKS. That is NOT acceptable!!

I have used Listers for a number of years and overall they are a quality provider, however a glitch has got into their system. The emails curt, the telephone responce surly & the Web Ordering misleading. I fully understand we are in testing times but I don't want to hear, when I just live around the corner, that it is going to take 3 weeks to deliver to me an in-stock item after I have paid for the goods and delivery. If I could collect that would be fine, but the timber requires a small truck.
