All good service. I do find it ironic though that the parcel label is an A4 sheet folded in a document wallet; you are a labeling company, surely you could print your own labels :-).

VAT invoices need to be requested with each order, sometimes repeatedly. It's a pain and one of those things that should just be automated for this kind of purchase. It's not a big deal in some ways, but it's a waste of time for and us.

Great speedy service, my only complaint would be using Parcelforce and not Royal Mail, as Parcelforce refuse to leave in a safe place, so always have to go to local Post OFFICE TO COLLECT.

All items arrived well packaged and complete 24 hrs after order placed. Completely satisfied with service provided. Cannot give full five star customer service as ordering online has no person to person contact. Past experience with enquiries however and resolution with questions have been satisfactorily resolved.
