I ordered these items at the end of April. In spite of enquiring a few times as to when I could expect delivery, I have been met with complete silence and, of course, the items have not yet arrived. If there is some problem due to current restrictions, someone should at least be advising customers as such. I'm incredibly disappointed.

So far nothing from my order has been received. Due to your notice in your main website that you are closed until further notice I assumed that the order would be processed when you eventually reopen and have not contacted you. So i‘m somewhat surprised to recieve your order feedback request. When was the order despatched?

Ordered over a month ago when shown as in stock when it wasn't. I was informed it was on order from the supplier and it should have been here a week ago but isn't.
So basically I am unable to do a reviw at this time although when I get it I am sure it will be a superb CD.!
I can't help remembering the good ole days when Willi Watson was at the helm and things in life were more simple.

Ordered over a month ago and have not received the item. Paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. Emailed paxman saying I was moving house so I needed the music to arrive soon and heard nothing back. I don't think I will ever get my music even if they have sent it, which I doubt.

I placed my order 1 month ago, since then, no correspondence from paxman in regards to when my order would be delivered. I ended up ringing paxman 2 weeks ago for an update to be told they had run out of stock and awaiting new stock but to be reassured I wouldn’t be billed until the item was sent. Since then, no contact. Just a quick email to say we’re still having delays or your item is due around then would go a long way to de stressing me. Doesn’t look like I will be getting it for Xmas .

The above order was accepted and processed but I was later informed that it was out of stock and that a new consignment had been ordered. I have since contacted you asking for information as to when the item was expected to be delivered but was told you had no information. I find the whole business very unsatisfactory as I still have not received the item and have no idea when or if to expect it.

I had accidentally ordered two rims separately. I quickly wrote to amalgate the orders in order to only pay shipping once amd even asked to add a third rim. I got a reply but no follow through. The merchandise is not here yet and i have yet to even pay for the 3rd rim. Not impressed with costumer service at all.

As requested order was changed to include a third rim. Only one lot of postage was charged and order was dispatched the next working day. Order is now in customers country of ordering.
