I was looking for a Schmid 7.5 horn mouthpiece. This is a less common model and few vendors stock it. Paxman, with their usual thoroughness, had one in stock. The order was easily processed and shipped to the USA. With thanks.

As always, fantastic communication. The Mute I ordered wasn't in stock, but I received email updates in the few days after purchase with estimated delivery, and how my order was progressing. Fantastic customer service, shipped quickly and efficiently. Excellent shop.

It took six weeks for it to arrive.
The impression I got from using it was very good.
Combined with the Chicago rim I purchased earlier, it is very controllable and produces the exact tone I want.

Received two of the items in the order. Everything is fine, and the horn group enjoyed the Gershwin.

The use of the website needs improving. In my orders placed section, there are three orders stated as being 'processed'. One was cancelled, the other two have been delivered. There's no point in having an order tracking page unless it is active and updated.

SLOW DELIVERY!
Package hasn’t arrived yet. Shipping is more than bad! Order made 2022-12-11. Problems with card and paypal payment so I had to pay through bank order and it took some extra time. The package was at the post office 2022-12-14 and left Britain 2023-01-04! It has been with customs in sweden since then. Today I received a letter which told me to pay customs. Hopefully I will have my package next week. Considered that the package is marked express I find the delivery VERY slow.

Order was dispatched to billing address initially rather than to the specified shipping address, however when I alerted Paxman they responded very quickly and dispatched the order to the correct shipping address.

Took a star off customer service because the website said that this item was on back order, but my money was taken anyway. This worried me a bit, until the item actually arrived - which it did, very quickly, so I suspect the website was incorrect in saying the item was on back order.
